Our 2026 Annual Fire Expo will be held in Indianapolis, Indiana, at the Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites. Please note that our schedule is shifting — instead of starting on Monday, the Expo will now begin on Tuesday.
We’ll kick things off on Tuesday, April 14, with our Business & Board Meeting, including elections, and wrap up on Thursday, April 16.

Before March 13 – No cost. After March 13 – 75% refund. 10 Days or less – No refund. All refunds will incur a $35 processing fee.

AFX Hotel Pricing
AFAA has contracted a room rate at the Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites for $245/night + discounted daily parking of $35/night. A hotel booking link will be provided upon registering.
Rooms are first come first serve and the discounted rate will not apply if you book directly through Hilton. You must use the booking link to get the discounted rate.
