Our Annual Fire Expo is being held in Orlando, FL at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs® Area! Things kick off on Monday, April 14th and you can earn over 10 hours of continuing education! Our full schedule, including topics, is posted below!

Annual Fire Expo Cancellation Policy
Before March 12 – No cost. After March 12 – 75% refund. 10 Days or less – No refund. All refunds will incur a $35 processing fee.

AFX Hotel Pricing
AFAA has contracted a room rate at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs® for $199/night + resort fee. See below for resort fee details. A booking link will be provided upon registering.
Resort Fees: Room rates do not include the resort fee of $30.00 per room, per night, plus applicable state and local tax, that will be posted to all guest rooms to cover the following items, services and/or amenities (which are subject to change without notice):
- Guestroom high speed wireless internet access
- Shuttle transportation to/from the Disney World Theme Parks*
- DVDNow Movie Rentals
- Two (2) 16 oz. Starbucks Coffees daily, redeemable at Mainstreet Market
- Two (2) 16.9 oz. bottled water (Nestle Pure Life) daily, redeemable at Mainstreet Market
- $5.00 discount on one attraction ticket sold at the concierge desk (coupons cannot be combined)
