This free 60-minute introductory course provides a foundational understanding of Emergency Responder Communication Enhancement Systems (ERCES). Participants will learn why ERCES is critical for life safety, explore code requirements, and understand the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders involved in compliance. Ideal for building officials, safety managers, facility engineers, and anyone responsible for emergency communication systems.
