June 1, 2017 Seminar Pricing

The cost for a sponsored (contract) seminar is:

One day Seminars up to 20 people -
$2900 per seminar for AFAA Members and Member Companies
$3500 per seminar for Non Members)

Two Day Seminars up to 20 people - 
$3900 per seminar for AFAA Members and Member Companies
$4500 per seminar for Non Members

After the first 20, each additional person is $65.00

All sponsors are responsible for the instructor's travel, hotel, and shipping charges of seminar materials.

This pricing covers the contiguous 48 states. Please contact us for specific seminar pricing for those states and territories outside of this area. 


AFAA provides: an instructor, laptop computer, and an LCD projector (if needed).

The sponsor provides: a meeting room (classroom set-up), projector screen, projector, lunch and refreshments to be served during the seminar. 

A non-refundable $500 deposit is required 60 days prior to the seminar dates in order to hold them. Seminar charges will be billed at the completion of the seminar and are due upon receipt. A written purchase order or credit card number must be provided.
